本学科目前师资有讲座教授1位、教授1位、副教授5位、助理教授3位、讲师1位,技术员2位,合计13位成员。教师之专长涵盖细菌学、真菌学、免疫学、细胞学、分子生物 学、应用微生物学等不同领域。学科的教学任务,在大学部方面,是提供不同领域学生应具有的微生物及免疫学概念,做为将来从事医疗或其他相关行业的基础。除 了教学外,学科老师亦积极投入相关研究、并担任国内外学术期刊编辑、审查、以及各项研究计画审查等服务工作。
